Boston College Law Professor Kent Greenfield

Discusses His New Book The Myth of Choice 

“Maverick law professor Kent Greenfield challenges our belief in the freedom to choose and our notion of personal responsibility in his controversial new book, The Myth of Choice. Professor Greenfield, born in Kentucky, graduated from Brown University and the University of Chicago Law School.  He is a former clerk to Justice David H. Souter of the U.S. Supreme Court, and previously published The Failure of Corporate Law:  Fundamental Flaws and Progressive Possibilities (UChicago Press 2007).
